A Novel Clinical Grading Scale for Scabies to Guide the Management of Crusted Scabies

This is a very useful crusted scabies resource. Note however that the standard of care for topical treatment in the U.S. is permethrin and not benzyl benzoate plus 5% tea tree oil as described in this reference.
