HOUSING WORKS ANNOUNCES RE-APPOINTMENT OF BOARD OFFICER by Christi Solheim
Housing Works is pleased to announce the re-appointment of Michael Hinton to the Housing Works Board of Commissioners, representing Deschutes County. Hinton has served on the Housing Works Board of Commissioners since 1998.
“Michael is a great asset to our Board of Commissioners and I am very pleased that he has been re-appointed.” said Cyndy Cook, Executive Director of Housing Works.
Michael Hinton owns HSI Mortgage in Bend. He also is currently serving as president of Central Oregon Chapter of Oregon Association of Mortgage Professionals.
Hinton resides in Bend with his wife and four children.
Housing Works, Central Oregon's regional housing authority, provides affordable housing options, from homelessness to homeownership, in Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson Counties. Annually, Housing Works serves an estimated 1,600 household in the region.
